There was something wicked about Beau that drew me to him. What was wrong with me? Why did I want to sin so badly

Ashton is getting tired of being good, of impressing her parents and playing ideal girlfriend to Sawyer Vincent. Sawyer is perfect, a regular Prince Charming, but when he leaves town for the summer, it’s his cousin Beau who catches Ashton’s eye. Beau is the sexiest guy she’s ever seen, and even though he’s dangerous, Ashton is drawn to him.

Beau loves his cousin like a brother, so the last thing he wants to do is make a move on Sawyer’s girl. Ashton is off-limits, absolutely. That’s why he does his best to keep his distance, even though he’s been in love with her forever. When Ashton wants to rekindle their childhood friendship in Sawyer’s absence, Beau knows he should say no.

Ashton and Beau don’t want to hurt Sawyer. But the more they try to stay away from each other, the more intense their urges become. It’s getting way too hard to resist…

My Rating: 4.5 stars

My Thoughts:

So I’ve had this book for quite some time but I’ve never read it and I really don’t know why. This book was soooo good! I loved every single solitary second of it. There was just so much romance, scandal, and humor! What could be better than that??

Ashton Grey has been best friends with the Vincent boys since she was a little girl. As she got older she started to date Sawyer Vincent, the good Vincent boy. When Sawyer is away for the summer, Ashton rekindles her relationship with Beau Vincent, Sawyers cousin, and it doesn’t take long for Ashton to realize that she is with the wrong Vincent boy.

Beau is the town bad boy but he is so ridiculously sweet! And totally hot! He has loved Ashton all his life but never went after her because Sawyer is his best friend. But Beau is the one who knows the real Ashton, not the one she pretends to be. He makes her realize that the real her is much more beautiful and that he has loved that her his whole life!

This book was told from both Ashton and Beau’s POV which just makes this book all the better. You got to see how they couldn’t resist their feelings for each other while at the same time, neither of them wanted to hurt Sawyer.

I love, love, love the ending but I do feel bad for Sawyer as the events play out, although not enough that I wouldn’t want Beau and Ashton to be together. They’re absolutely perfect for each other! I can’t wait for the sequel and get to see what Sawyer’s happily ever after will be!

Over all, this whole story was just fabulous! It is a definite must read!
